Adam joined the Indy Vineyard staff in January 2019, moving with his family to Indianapolis from Cincinnati. He came to Indy Vineyard to be the Executive Pastor and in June 2021 he transitioned to the Vision and Administration Pastor to share leadership with Randy. While in Cincinnati Adam was working full-time at Fifth Third Bank and part-time as the Discipleship Pastor at Northstar Community Church. Prior to that, he and his family attempted a church plant for about 18 months after working full-time for four years at Northstar toward that end. Adam became connected to the Vineyard movement in 2005 at Evanston Vineyard while he was a student at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School working on his Masters of Divinity. He and his wife, Carrie, along with their children — Aidan, Harrison, Rowan, Declan, and Adelaide — exist to seek first the Kingdom, love others through servant-leadership, and respond to God's generosity with good stewardship.
