Having served as missionaries in Europe and the Middle East, Randy has been connected to the Vineyard movement since 1990. Randy joined the Vineyard staff in 2001. Then in 2007 Randy became the Senior Pastor and transitioned to Pastor of Teaching and Prayer in 2021. Randy received his Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and his Doctor of Ministry in Spiritual Formation from Northern Seminary. Randy and his lovely wife Jane, have three married children and four grandchildren. The Gooder family shares a passion to see the Kingdom of God come in greater measure as people encounter God’s love and power.
